Mental Health Is a Message
The anxiety, the sadness, the disconnect, the overstimulation…
I thought it meant I was broken, weak, or falling behind.
But the more I sat with myself, the more I realized:
It wasn’t me.
It was my environment.
It was what I learned to normalize.
It was the pressure to disconnect from my emotions just to survive.
Mental health challenges don’t mean you’re “crazy.”
They’re messages.
They’re your mind and body trying to get your attention.
Trying to show you that something is off.
That something needs love.
That you need love.
